Harriet supports Anova’s research team by conducting specialized market research, including compiling, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative and quantitative data in order to derive actionable insights. She interacts with and prepares custom presentations for clients in a wide variety of industries, sharing strategic intelligence and recommendations to support decision making and improve competitiveness.

Harriet draws on her knowledge base of market analysis from a Market Research internship at youbloom, a live music company, at which she used customer data to drive marketing campaigns. She also deepened her knowledge of the industry in her research efforts at Dogs At Work, a promotional marketing agency.

A recent graduate from Connecticut College with a psychology major and applied statistics minor, Harriet has ample experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data and conducting research, and she is a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology. A native of Brunswick, Maine, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, skiing, travelling, reading, and playing pickleball.

Cam supports Anova’s research team by conducting specialized market research, including compiling, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative and quantitative data in order to derive actionable insights. He interacts with and prepares custom presentations for clients in a wide variety of industries, sharing strategic intelligence and recommendations to support decision making and improve competitiveness.

Cam recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a statistics major and data science minor. There he gained hands-on data analytics experience working for the University of Wisconsin Volleyball team as a Data Analyst Intern. He sharpened his skills further as a Data Science Research Assistant, where he worked alongside NASA researchers who aimed to maximize accuracy of satellite CO2 detections in the atmosphere.

A native of Amesbury, MA, Cam is an avid sports fan who loves to play golf, ski, travel, read, and spend time with his dogs.

Philip is a consultant with Anova, where he leverages his background in change management to help clients build actionable improvements in their sales programs based on win / loss data.

Prior to joining Anova, Philip worked at Eagle Hill Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm where he advised clients ranging from the US Office of Management and Budget to major metropolitan transportation networks on change management and strategic communications. Prior, he worked in political consulting in Washington D.C.

Philip was born and raised in New Jersey and now lives in Cambridge with his wife.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, cooking, and traveling. He graduated from the University of St Andrews in Scotland with a joint degree in international relations and history.

Jeffrey recently graduated from Hamilton College with honors in Economics and Biochemistry, where he gained experience working with large data sets in both disciplines. At Hamilton, he worked at the Career Center for his entire college career, helping students achieve their career goals. He also has previous experience with Win/Loss research from his summer internship at Ultimate Kronos Group.

A native of Wellesley, MA, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as running, swimming, and playing tennis.
