Senior Research Analyst
Erin is responsible for analyzing research data, creating reports, and making recommendations to clients based on research findings.
Prior to joining Anova, Erin worked in customer insight, client service, and project management in a variety of industries including professional services, nonprofit, and consumer packaged goods. She brings over 10 years in client relationship management and 6 years of market research experience to her role of Senior Research Analyst at Anova.
A California native, Erin relocated to Boston in 2010 and is still trying to get used to the weather. She’s an enthusiastic patron of the arts and an avid Boston sports fan.
Erin is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she received a BA in psychology and art history, with high honors. She also earned an MBA from Boston University.
Jamie L. Zielinski
Jamie is principally responsible for customer satisfaction research management. She has 12 years of experience in marketing data analysis and client relationship management.
Prior to joining Anova, Jamie served as Operations Manager at Myvu Corporation, a consumer electronics company. In that role she focused heavily on project management and sales administration. She also served as Associate Manager at the Law Office of Mark E. Salomone managing media and legal case studies.
In her free time, Jamie loves to travel and enjoys live music. She also is an active volunteer with the Make a Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Director of Technology
George oversees information technology functions and initiatives for Anova, which includes designing and managing the firm’s on-line surveys and extensive market research and benchmarking databases.
George has more than 15 years of experience as a technology leader, having successfully led teams in high technology start-ups as well as large organizations. His extensive database experience includes overseeing mission-critical, on-line transaction processing systems, 10+terabyte data warehouses and complex analytics that help clients transform data into strategic assets.
George earned a BS in economics at Brandeis University, with honors, and an MS in computer science at Boston University, also with honors.
