Richard Schroder founded Anova Consulting Group in 2005 and is responsible for relationship management, new business development and marketing. He has oversight over the design and management of all client engagements and is dedicated to ensuring that Anova provides the strategic insights its clients need to make continuous improvement in the areas of product development, marketing, sales and client service.
Richard is a recognized thought leader in the business to business sales and client satisfaction sector and he is a sought-after speaker who has published many highly-regarded articles in professional journals. He also is the author of a book called "From a Good Sales Call to a Great Sales Call" about Win/Loss Analysis. The book is published under the McGraw-Hill label and is available internationally.
Prior to founding Anova Consulting Group, Richard served as managing director at Chatham Partners, a market research and consulting firm. In that capacity, he was responsible for business development as well as client relationship management. He previously held positions at State Street Corporation and H.C. Wainwright.
Richard and his wife have two young children and live in the Greater Boston Area. The son of an international banker, as a youth, he traveled extensively and lived in a number of countries in the Middle East and Africa. In his free time, he enjoys fitness training and playing basketball and has run two marathons. Richard is also a musician and songwriter. Before entering the business world he toured parts of the country as a guitarist and vocalist in a band.
Richard is a graduate of Boston College, where he received a BS in Finance, with honors. He also earned an MBA with honors from the Babson Graduate School of Business.

Heather oversees all of Anova’s market research programs and is responsible for the design, execution, and analysis phases of Anova's project work. From project kickoff to presentation of findings, she is focused on the delivery of high-quality, actionable research and analysis.
Prior to joining Anova, Heather served as director of client services at Chatham Partners. In that capacity, she was responsible for managing projects, supervising teams of analysts, and managing client relationships. Earlier in her career, Heather also worked at SunLife Financial.
Heather and her husband live in Boston and have three young daughters. She is an active volunteer with several non-profit organizations in the Boston area and is chairman of the board of the Good Shepherd School in Charlestown, a bilingual school she helped found in 2009 in response to community need. In her free time, she loves to ski.
Heather is a graduate of Colby College where she earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics, with honors.
Andrew M. Cloutier

Andrew is responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with Anova’s clients. His objective is to meet and exceed client needs through a collaborative, consultative approach emphasizing measurable results.
Prior to joining Anova, Andrew worked in the internal consulting group at Fidelity Investments, partnering with senior leaders across Fidelity business units to tackle strategy development and business transformation efforts. Prior to Fidelity, he was a consultant at Bain & Company, working on strategy engagements across a number of industries and functional areas.
Andrew was born and raised in New Orleans and lives in the Greater Boston area with his wife. He enjoys travel and cooking. An avid college football and professional basketball fan, he closely follows the fortunes of the LSU Tigers and the Boston Celtics.
Andrew graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics and he earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
